He later joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, specializing in financial due diligence for M&A transactions. There, he deepened his ability to assess business fundamentals quickly, identify key risks and adjustments, and distill findings into clear, actionable insights — skills that inform Bridgemont’s approach to underwriting and investment analysis.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Trinity University, graduating magna cum laude. Based in Boston, he works directly with every client.
