Jay founded Bridgemont Strategies to support investment teams navigating markets where opportunities exceed bandwidth. The firm delivers added analytical capacity and execution-ready underwriting that enable clients to move decisively.

His career began at Headwall Investments, where he learned under the leadership of entrepreneur and investor George J. Wommack. Working across all aspects of real estate private equity, Jay developed a strong understanding of how lean investment teams operate and the focused expertise that drives deals forward.

He later joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice to focus on financial due diligence for M&A transactions. There, he gained experience evaluating business fundamentals, identifying key risks and adjustments, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights that now shape Bridgemont’s underwriting and investment approach.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Trinity University, graduating magna cum laude. Based in Boston, he works directly with every client.
