He later joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice, focusing on financial due diligence for M&A transactions. His work covered quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Trinity University, magna cum laude. Based in Boston, he works directly with clients.
Jay founded Bridgemont Strategies to operate alongside investment teams as an integrated analytical partner. The firm delivers execution-ready underwriting and added capacity that enable clients to move decisively.
His career began at Headwall Investments, where he learned under the leadership of entrepreneur and investor George J. Wommack. Working across all aspects of real estate private equity, Jay built a deep understanding of how investment teams execute and the discipline required to create value.
He later joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice to focus on financial due diligence for M&A transactions. His experience evaluating business fundamentals, assessing key risks, and translating findings into clear insights now informs Bridgemont’s underwriting approach.
